Your journals and messages are encrypted. We do not have the keys to read your personal reflections.
Data Integrity
We do not sell your data. Your wellness journey is a private experience, not a product for advertisers.
1. Information We Collect
We collect minimal personal information to provide the service:
- Account Data: Email address for authentication and subscription management.
- Profile Data: Your companion's name, personality traits, and focus area.
- Usage Data: Basic statistics to manage daily limits (messages sent, voice duration).
2. How We Protect Your Content
All "Private Reflections" (Journal entries) and "Conversations" are optionally protected by your local passcode. We use 256-bit AES encryption to ensure that even in the case of a server breach, your private data remains undecipherable.
3. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of trusted service providers:
- Firebase (Google): For data storage, authentication, and hosting.
- Stripe: For secure payment processing. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
- AI Providers: For generating responses. Data sent is anonymized and never includes your identity.
4. Your Data Rights
You have the right to access, export, or delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, all associated data is removed from our live databases immediately.
