1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Copingly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the application.

2. Not a Crisis Service

Copingly is an AI mentorship and reflection tool. It is NOT a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, or crisis intervention. If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services (911 in the US) or a crisis hotline immediately.

3. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Copingly uses local encryption; if you lose your encryption key or passcode, we cannot recover your private data.

4. Subscription & Billing

Pricing for Premium services is as stated on the checkout page. Payments are processed via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing cycles.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes, or to generate content that is malicious, harmful, or intended to bypass safety filters.

6. Limitation of Liability

Copingly and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. You use Copingly at your own risk.
